Are these trips appropriate for children?

  2. Brent Plater — 28 January 2010 - 15:29

Yes, these are easy hikes and suitable for children. There will be some standing around looking for animals, but there is always some action so the kids should enjoy it.

The .ics for this event is just for this one event or for the whole calendar? I am confused because we use Google Calendar. It appears I have to add an entire calendar for just one entry, each time.

When you used to have this calendar as GGNRA Big Year Google Calendar, it was easier, I just subscribed to one ics file and I had the whole calendar in mine.

The .ics file for this event will add just this event. Not everyone wants all events at once — and there are many different types of events in the WEI calendar besides Big Year trips. Hence it is far better to give people the option to pick which events they want to import rather than dumping them all at once. Sorry if that’s not what you prefer, but you would be in the minority here.
