Western Snowy Plover Walk-about

Sunday, November 11, 2012, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. — Join us on a leisurely walk around Ocean Beach, led by Plover docent David Schmidt, to search for and help the threatened Western Snowy Plover. This small shorebird is highly threatened by human activities and habitat degradation. Join us to see this adorable species in its native habitat and learn ways that you can help before it is too late!
